POOR magazine Volume #3, "WORK" will debut at this event in conjunction with a Visual art installation titled;"InsiderImages/Insider Work"

"
Poor works on a sliding scale distribution process - every paid subscription or donation sponsors a free subscription for a very low or no income person-
